Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations

You can cancel an order from My Account → Orders until it moves into design review or production. The full amount is refunded instantly to your JasaPrinto wallet. Once printing has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't match your approved proof, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll reprint it free of charge or issue a refund.

Refunds

Refunds to your wallet are instant. Refunds to the original payment method take 5–7 working days to reflect, depending on your bank.

Not eligible

Because every item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, or for errors in content that you approved in a proof.
