We respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Information we collect

• Account details — name, email address, phone number and password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Order details — delivery addresses, GSTIN (optional) and order history.
• Files you upload — designs and photos are stored privately and are used only to fulfil your order.
• Payment information — processed by our payment partner (Razorpay). We never see or store your card or UPI credentials.

How we use it

To process and deliver orders, provide support, send order updates, prevent fraud and, if you opt in, share offers.

Your files

Uploaded designs are private to you and our production team. We never use your photos or designs for marketing without written permission. You can ask us to delete your files at any time.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your personal data by writing to our support email. We retain invoices as required by tax law.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed, payment data never touches our servers, and access to customer data is restricted and logged.
